A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC SALES REP As our HVAC Sales Rep, you drive our company's growth by building relationships in the new residential construction industry and selling our services to builders. By developing a thorough understanding of the field, you establish long-term relationships with key builders to bring in work for our company for years to come. You frequently meet with representatives from the accounts we already serve and prospective clients, getting to know their specific needs and pitching them the products and services that best fit their unique situations. Your job doesn't end when you've closed the deal. You continue to communicate with our clients throughout each job, ensuring that they are satisfied and updating them on any new services we are offering. Constantly collaborating with senior management, you provide valuable information about our competitive position and identify opportunities for us to expand our business. Your satisfaction comes from working hard to achieve your professional goals and seeing the direct results of your success in every paycheck! QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of sales or customer service experience Intermediate computer skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office products Valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends 3+ years of sales experience within a construction, HVAC, or home services environment is preferred.
