Leasing & Assistant Manager Assist activities of workers engaged in operating and maintaining facilities and equipment in apartment buildings by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Clerical functions; collection, posting, depositing and processing all income. Show apartments and follow-up prospective residents. Process applications and prepare move-in packets. Walk vacancies. Handle maintenance requests. Maintain high standard of resident relations. Relieve resident manager on weekends, days off, vacation. Perform any reasonable request or tasks. Participate in monthly Apartment Association activities. Some Weekend work may be required. Assist with other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
