Elite Home Health, Lehi UT Elite is a leading provider of geriatric healthcare, providing our clients the needed services to receive all types of services in the comfort of their own home. Elite team members provide high quality care to our patients, recognizing that nothing we do is possible without our incredible team working synergistically. We are looking for a Full Time Medical Assistant to join our Elite team to assist our outpatient clinics. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to: Some admin duties for a Part B/Clinic Program Specimen collection and be our liaison with lab Take vitals and pertinent information for patients Work closely with clinicians, ensuring accuracy in coding practices Communicate effectively, both in written and oral form Work as part of a team, in a fast-paced production-oriented environment Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications for our ideal candidate : Familiarity with back-office Part B/Clinics is preferred Proven experience with administrative support Must be extremely detail oriented and able to perform accurate and thorough recordkeeping. Be able to maintain self-motivation and sustain a high level of momentum. Ability to successfully prioritize when faced with requests, demands and deadlines Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel. Knowledge and/or experience working with CPT coding is preferred Understanding of confidentiality Adept at analyzing information Phlebotomy Certification a PLUS! Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin is preferred Education and Experience Preferences: High school diploma 1-year minimum Medical Office experience Benefits: Elite cares for our team members with the same commitment we have to our patients.
