Iron Goat Garage is hiring for Automotive Service Manager and Technicians Service Manager must have good management skills - able to oversee 5 to 7 technicians & manage complete auto garage. Must also stay on top of ordering parts for entire garage as well as being capable of backing up Technicians.Technician Essential Responsibilities:* Diagnose and repair vehicles to ensure customers can drive away feeling safe and at ease* Work as part of a team to solve technical problems quickly and effectively* Install lift kits* Read and follow work orders* Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.* Prefer 2 years of experience (ASE Certification a plus)* Your own tools* Desire to decrease turnaround time on builds, with safety and quality in mind.* Manual dexterity and physical stamina, lift heavy object, and walk and stand for extended periods of time.* Good communication skills and attention to detail a must. We work on everything from gas and diesel automotive to 4x4 off-road vehicles, specializing in off-road.
