Musashi's Japanese Steakhouse hiring experienced and trainee positions, full time, for a Teppan Yaki Chef. Sign-On Bonus available. Compensation depends on experience. The Teppanyaki Chef should be very hospitable and professional with our guests and provide an experience that exceeds our guest expectations. Other expectations: 1. Peparation of meat, poulty, fish, vegetables and sauces. Portions and prepares food items prior to cooking. 2. Complies with all portion sizes and quality standards. Plates and garnish cooked items. 3. Prepare, cook and perform for our guests. Must be able to use spatula, fork, knife and saltshakers proficiently. 4. Be thoroughly familiar with, and able to explain all menu items and specials effectively. 5. Must properly store food, utilizing knowledge of temperature requirements with lable and date. 6. Expected to clean and sanitize all work stations and equipment and follow all regulatory rules, policies, and prodedures for sanitation and maintenance.
