Here are some key accountabilities of the role: This position is responsible for providing financial support to the Store Operations department, including all financial reporting, the creation and on-going management of the budgets (i. e. Store Sales, Payroll, Expense & Capital budgets). It is also key strategic business partner to the Store Operations leadership team. Collaborates with internal departments such as Property Development, GS&P, Marketing, Loss Prevention, Human Resources, and the Field to identify strategic opportunities, and review processes and procedures to identify opportunities and improve accuracy of the forecasts and rolling plans. Leads data analytics, financial modeling, and presentation of financial information to support key business initiatives and decision support. Responsible for planning, establishing, and managing the Stores Operations budgets (Expense & Capital), as well as the Regional and Home Office budgets, with an annual spend of over $600M. Oversees the development of the Payroll budget and the analysis of variances to plan.
