*** Board Certified Behavior Analyst Position *** ****Salary range $72,000-$90,000**** We are looking for a BCBA in our Edmond Oklahoma clinic location Autism Learning Collaborative (ALC) is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider located in New Mexico, Nebraska, Missouri and Oklahoma. Come see why we believe our employees are our strongest assets! A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) designs and implements individualized treatment plans using applied behavior analysis (ABA). A BCBA applies these principles of behavior and learning to bring about positive behavior change in the following areas: communication, social interactions, play, self-help and cognitive planning. Responsibilities Supervising and training behavior technicians and RBT staff Attending bi-weekly team meetings with family members and therapists Providing training and feedback to parents as needed Analyzing data taken by therapy teams and making treatment decisions Updating client goals and treatment plans Taking part in initial assessments for new clients Providing direct (1:1) service to young children with autism Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
