LendKey Technologies, a cloud-based lending company, is seeking a Manager of Client Implementation and Support to join their expanding team in Blue Ash, Ohio. This position requires previous experience in client implementation. We offer a fast-paced and exciting environment with lots of opportunity to show your stuff! We are seeking experienced individuals to lead our team in the initiation, planning, execution and implementation of new clients onto the LendKey platform. In addition to assisting in the development of proposed new projects, finalizing project requirements, developing project scope (plans/schedule/budget) and monitoring progress during project execution, this role oversees all client support of our credit union/bank student loan network. If you have a Bachelors degree and 2-5 years experience in an implementation role this could be the job for you! We are seeking detail oriented individuals with a team attitude that can thrive in an environment with little structure. You must love the growth phase of a new company and work well in an atmosphere where everyone wears a lot of different hats. Excellent problem solving and customer service skills are a must.
