We’re hiring a professional, highly organized real estate office manager to ensure our operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities include helping agents, building current agent relationships, and general real estate support. Responsibilities:• Provide assistance to realtors when needed• Proactive approach for supporting agents• Office social media postings and management• Schedule team appointments and events• Maintain office equipment• Management of office tech stack• Support the broker in a wider array of real estate-related activities Qualifications: • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills• Real estate license is a bonus• 2 years of office management experience or similar work experience required • Bachelor’s degree preferred; must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent• General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems• This position is NOT a remote position• General computer skills with Google Workspace or similar systems Compensation: $42,000 - $52,000 yearly About Company: Our Mission at Homestead & Co is to provide superior client service.
