We show compassion, celebrate differences and treat one another with respect. - Responsibilities This position is accountable for operating the x-ray rooms, portables, and CT Scanner in a safe and proficient manner. Transportation of patients, handling telephone calls for scheduling patients, answering questions related to reports of exams. - Knowledge of x-ray equipment, anatomy and positioning are essential for a quality exam. - Must be able to handle multiple demands simultaneously and keep a helpful attitude towards patients, their families, office personnel, physicians, and associates. - Must be able to coordinate patient prepping and scanning to maximize smooth patient flow. Must demonstrate knowledge of contrast media injections and reactions Qualifications Job Requirements: Graduate of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology training program in a school approved by the Council of Medical Education of the AMA Must be ARRT registered or registry eligible BLS certification
