What you'll doAs the Client Relations Specialist for Utilimaster (A Shyft Group Brand) based at our facility in Bristol, IN, you will be accountable for providing critical sales support to our Upfit Services team and managing up to $5M transactions with Fortune 100 clients.In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring that the project stays on track and meets client expectations, while constantly looking for opportunities to achieve incremental sales within assigned clients. In addition, you will be the front-line sales contact for clients on all matters related to new and upcoming orders, and the single point contact for the client on order status from order to cash.
