Join the fastest growing industry in the United States, and experience our rise in development and achievement first hand.We are currently seeking a PRODUCTION AREA LEAD to act as a liaison between all production lines & the Production Supervisor. This person will also keep the automated equipment running and ensure that department personnel are working efficiently to meet production schedules.Requirements Oversee daily line start up and shutdown. Assist in Training line personnel . Monitor attendance, breaks & lunch times for 45+ employees. Interact with Production Control, Warehouse, Quality Control, Label Room, Maintenance, and other departments within Production. Ensure GMP and Housekeeping practices are properly followed. Ensure that all paperwork is properly completed and product counts are correct. Input on employee reviews. Bilingual English/Spanish. A plus Job Posted by ApplicantPro
