Job Summary:Bilingual (Japanese) Administrative Assistant supports Japanese staff and their families in various capacities, as well as provides general administrative support.This position is a full-time position with benefits, but part-time and intern options may be available.Essential Functions:Provides administrative support for Japanese and other executive staff.Provides offsite support for staff and their families (including doctor’s visits, etc.).Conducts company orientation of newly-arrived Japanese staff.Provides interpretation at small meetings.Completes miscellaneous translation and interpretation tasks.Prepares all company travel and visitor arrangements.Powered by JazzHR
