The candidate will collaborate closely with a Board-Certified Partner in Construction Law, manage a substantial caseload of complex litigation matters, and provide impeccable client service to a diverse clientele. Duties:Manage a substantial caseload of complex litigation matters in the realm of construction and construction defect litigation.Collaborate with a Board-Certified Partner in Construction Law to strategize and execute effective litigation plans.Deliver impeccable client service through consistent communication, counsel, and legal advice.Participate in pre-trials, trials, and hearings, representing clients skillfully and effectively.Work in collaboration with the rest of the legal team to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in the State of Florida.2+ years of experience in complex litigation, with a preference for candidates well-versed in construction or construction defect litigation.Proficiency in ATO or equivalent case management software.Experience with billable hours, demonstrating exceptional time management skills. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications:Active license to practice law in the State of Florida.
