About the Position: Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center (JTCMHC) is currently recruiting for a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional with supervisory experience to join its Duncan satellite! . They are looking for a therapist to provide services to adults. Job Type/Salary: Annual Salary is $75,000+ depending on ODMHSAS tensure, licensure and certification. Location: Duncan, OK Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Total Compensation range is $88,207 to $100,599 , depending on the number of covered dependents. Compensation range to include base salary, retirement, and benefits allowance to help you pay for your benefits and doesn’t include shift differentials. FLSA Status: Exempt Additional Compensation: Along with our great benefits we also offer addition compensation for working outside of normal business hours! Evening – extra $3.75 hr. Nights – extra $6.00 hr. Weekends – extra $9.00 hr. Holidays– extra $3.00 hr. On Call: Receive $1.00 per hour when on call. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: LBHP: Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field; and must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH). Special Requirements: Willing to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with position, e.g., attend training etc. Must maintain a valid driver’s license; and Position requires participation in on-call rotation unless exempted by Executive Director. The inpatient and outpatient services they provide include special groups and programs for adolescents, persons with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, seniors and older adults, women, men, and criminal justice groups. Drug and Alcohol Pre-employment and Pre-Placement Testing: Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result. THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK.
