Job Description The IT Technician II, Client Services is an intermediate position that provides timely technical assistance to in:office and remote BOK Financial workforce regarding various hardware and software applications, in addition to performing IT:related IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, and Changes) activities and interfaces with internal IT/IS and 3rd Party vendor personnel to resolve issues that impact end:users. How Youll Spend Your Time stylemargin:bottom:11.0px::You will configure, troubleshoot, install, repair, and resolve issues on various information technology hardware and software applications, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, mobile devices, servers, printer/scanners/copiers, UPS, and audiovisual equipment.:You will manage IT hardware assets according to policy and established procedures.:You will performIT:related IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, and Changes) activities.:You will assist with various moderately complex projects, deliverables, and tasks to support IT Client Services and cross:functional projects.:You will coordinate with 3rd party technical support vendors as required.:You will manage, track and record activities and work utilizing the ITSM platform and meet established service level objectives.:You will maintain support:related procedural, technical, and administrative documentation.:You will provide Tier 3 support by addressing more complex end:user issues and service requests. Education and Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree in a technology field and/or 6+ years of related experience. SKILLS: :Strong technical background and understanding of various endpoint device operating systems and hardware interfaces.:Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform, various other software applications, and the propensity to quickly understand and support new applications with minimum prior exposure.:General working knowledge and understanding of networking and/ or telecommunications hardware and software.:Strong written and oral communication skills.:Self:motivated and demonstrated patience and overall courteous behavior when interfacing with BOK Financial workforce.:Ability to travel and work after hours when required.
