Addiction Medicine PhysicianUS-OR-PORTLAND Job ID: 24-37247 Type: Regular Full-TimeEmanuel Medical Ctr campus Overview JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the delivery of direct clinical services; assist with assessment, diagnosis and management for patients in the emergency department or admitted in the medical centers. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Graduate of four-year accredited U.S. Medical School or equivalent. Completion of a four-year residency in Psychiatry and following Addiction fellowship, or completion of a three-year internal medicine residency and following Addiction fellowship. Licensure/Certification: Board eligible/certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology or American Board of Internal Medicine. Specialty Board eligible/certified in Addiction subspecialty. License to practice Medicine in the State of Oregon. Licensed, or eligible to become licensed, in Washington within 180 days of hire. Active member, in good standing, of all applicable Legacy Hospital's medical staffs. If Board Eligible, must become Board Certified within five years of hire and must maintain current certification.
