Location Milwaukee,WI Description This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing client's team as Sr. HVAC Engineer. They are a commercial property and multi-family restoration team, with headquarters in Downtown Milwaukee. This is a direct hire position with 1st shift hours M-F and will pay $30-$45/hour depending on experience. This role includes full benefits health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and a 401k match. We are seeking candidates who have at least 5+ years of Commercial HVAC experience inside corporate office buildings or large apartment complexes. Qualified candidates will already have their Universal HVAC Certification. Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems. Oversee and train junior HVAC Technicians. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of all work completed. Communicate effectively with clients and team members. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. Universal HVAC Certification (EPA 608 Universal) Strong ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with commercial HVAC systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and comfortable working independently and as a team. Valid driver license with a respectable driving record.
