SummaryThe Account Manager manages new and established account activities of the organization by performing the following duties.ResponsibilitiesAccount management - including email/ verbal communication with customers as their main point of contact. Fostering the relationships and ensuring all their needs are met.Liaison between our customers and internal teams. Communication with customers/internal personnel via email, phone and face-to-faceProject management - working internally and externally to organize the progression of projects from start to launch.Salesforce data entryReceiving inbound leads in the pursuit of new business.Travel will be expected on average once per quarter, nationwideSkills & CompetenciesAnalytical - Synthesizes complex or diverse information;
