Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Full Time - 7am-3pm & 11pm-7am shiftMira Vie at West Milford is an assisted living with memory care, seeking a full time Licensed Practical Nurse for the 7am-3pm and 11pm - 7am shift.Works with the Director of Health & Wellness to oversee and coordinate health care and custodial services for all residents.Assists with the resident move-in process, six-month resident evaluations, development of resident care plans. Makes referrals and arrangements for supportive services as indicated and ordered by physician. Ongoing monitoring of resident's conditions and changes in condition, following the reporting chain of command for any resident change in condition and operational occurrences. Provides resident care and medication administration support as needed. Nursing documentation as per policy and other duties as assigned. Assists with supervision of resident care staff.
