Job Details:Write and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision and clarity.Attend court appearances and client meetings, requiring occasional travel.Proactively manage caseloads, demonstrating a strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.Effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, and external counsel.Analyze legal issues, develop case strategies, and provide sound legal advice.Manage multiple files and competing deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective teamwork and client service.
