We are searching for a talented and passionate Event Coordinator to be the driving force behind our remarkable events. Job: Full timeMonday to FridayWeekends free Pay Range: $21.50 - $28.00 per hour THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB Location: Atlanta, GA Key Responsibilities: Support event marketing efforts by assisting with promotional activities and materials Collaborate with the event team to develop event concepts, themes, and activities Assist in managing event budgets, expenses, and timelines Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee assistance Conduct post-event activities, such as data collection, analysis, and reporting Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management Qualifications: Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using event management software and Microsoft Office Suite Previous experience in event coordination or a related field is preferred Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not required Bonus Points: Dental Insurance Disability Insurance Health Insurance Flexible Spending Account Powered by JazzHR
