Location:Dallas Fort Worth Shift: 7AM - 3PM M-F Pay Rate:$25.55 $27.00 Job DescriptionSummary The Quality Lead will be responsible for collecting data, managing master data sets, developing reports, and physically troubleshooting related issues. The Quality Lead will use their technical expertise to ensure data accuracy and provide clear information to the business so they can make informed decisions. The Quality Lead will serve as a resource to support business initiatives.Description of Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for diagnosing problems and providing resolutions. Responsible for maintaining, documenting, and communicating findings. Assist with Southwire quality audit preparations. Follow all company environmental rules/procedures and handle all materials in a manner designed to minimize environmental impact. Follow prescribed safety rules/procedures to prevent injury to self and others. Report environmental and safety policy violations to supervision/management. Normal warehouse working conditions, shift schedule may vary. Must be capable of standing and walking for extended periods. Must be able to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis. Must be able to use proper techniques to lift 50-75 pounds. Must be able to use hands and feet simultaneously and for repetitive movements. Qualifications and Experience Requirements Must be familiar with warehouse operating systems. High School diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred. Must have good presentation skills. Effective communication skills (verbal and written). Must have demonstrated skills in both Word and Excel. Must be able to handle stress caused in meeting deadlines with tight scheduling requirements. Must be able to shift priorities easily.
