If you're passionate about sales and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want you on our team!What Youll DoManage and respond to incoming leads promptly, engaging with potential customers to understand their preferences.Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, schedule appointments, and ensure accurate documentation.Proactively schedule appointments with the sales team for seamless customer experiences.Continuously follow up with leads to nurture relationships and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process.Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including lead response time, appointment conversion rates, and sales targets.What Youll Bring1-3 years of sales experience in a related field, preferably in automotive sales or customer service.Familiarity with CRM software and various communication platforms.Proactive attitude and ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.How Youll Be RewardedCompetitive compensation: Potential to earn $40,000 to $80,000 that includes base + bonus/commission.Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance which begin first of the month after hire, along with a 401(k)-plan with a company match.Work-life balance: Enjoy paid vacations and holidays, with the assurance of always being closed on Sundays.Employee perks: Benefit from discounts on parts, labor, and vehicle purchases.Join Abeloff Automotive and take the next step in your sales career!
