QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE 2+ years of experience in a collision repair facility Experience working with direct repair programs (DRPs) and insurance carriers Ability to work overtime and flexible hours as needed Basic computer knowledge and typing skills 18+ years of age Experience with CCC estimating system and other auto collision industry software would be a plus!
