The successful candidate will work on various aspects of intellectual property and is required to have a degree in engineering or science or be eligible to sit for the Patent Bar. Duties:Engage in various aspects of intellectual property law.Conduct patent prosecution, including drafting and filing applications.Perform patent portfolio analysis and provide strategic advice to clients.Assist in intellectual property litigation matters.Conduct legal research and stay abreast of developments in IP law.Draft legal documents, including opinions, contracts, and licensing agreements.Collaborate with clients and internal teams on IP matters. Requirements:2-7 years of intellectual property law experience.Degree in engineering or science.Eligibility to sit for the Patent Bar. Education:Bachelor's degree in engineering or science.Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Skills:Strong knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations.Patent prosecution experience.Legal research and analysis skills.Excellent drafting and communication skills.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
