Job details are mentioned below:Title: Nutritional Services Manager,Location: Norman, OK 73072,Duration: Permanent,Start date- 06/10/2024Shift: Days-(8am-4.30pm), 8hrs/day, 40hrs/week,Weekend : None,On Call: None,Salary Range: $31.31/hour - $51.14/hour (based on education and experience) Job Description:Manages and coordinates the activities of the Food & Nutrition Services department at all locations in order to ensure quality services. This includes patient services, retail services, catering services and in-patient clinical services for the health system.Serves as subject matter expert and coordinates process improvement projects.Leads teams and establishes deliverables to provide innovative culinary solutions.Specializes in the planning, management and execution of patient centered projects.Responsible for assisting Director with implementation of and recommendations for strategies to meet health system strategic plan and be consistent with the health system's mission, vision and values.Skills:2 years supervisory/administrative experience in institutional food service and clinical dietetics. - PreferredMust have a Master's, Bachelor's, or Associate's degree in nutrition or business related field, Certification as a Dietary Manager, or Culinary Certification. - RequiredDegree in Dietetics or Food Management/Nutrition or any other program approved by the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics which leads to registration as a Registered Dietitian - PreferredActive Certification:Covid Vaccinated/Declination,Licensed as a Dietitian in Oklahoma - PreferredRegistered with the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics as a Registered Dietitian - PreferredMust have a food handlers card and Serve Safe certification - RequiredMust have a valid Oklahoma Driver's License - Required2 references details!BLS/CPR.
