A company is looking for a Senior Benefits & Leave Specialist. Key Responsibilities: Oversee employee benefits administration, including enrollment and changes Manage leaves of absence process, ensuring compliance with policies Provide operational support for the People Team, including payroll processing Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in benefits & leave role Experience with Workday HCM and multistate leave of absence Knowledge of federal and state laws related to benefit plans Familiarity with HRIS/People Technology, specifically Workday Strong understanding of benefits administration processes and systems
