Description:
Serve as a T&E Engineer Develop program/product T&E strategy, approach, process, schedule, and resource requirements. Responsible for day-to-day management of test activities at selected test facilities, including: Resolution of test execution issues Chairing daily test update meetings T&E working integrated product teams. Management of contractor and/or on-site PM test representatives Tracking of test progress Generate test documentation including: Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) Specific test plans and schedules Test reports in support of Milestone Decisions and Material Release Manage the implementation of an evaluation methodology and framework for products/systems under test. Collaborate with a variety or teams and external Government organizations. Review PMO documentation to ensure consistency with T&E Policy, Guidance, and Standards Provide technical advice for system engineering and value management technologies applicable to the test. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree of Science 5+ years of relevant experience Experience coordinating and executing C5ISR systems tests. Experience managing the test cost, schedule, scope, and risk throughout the program lifecycles. Experience reviewing and analyzing system performance against operational requirements for testing. Expertise with developing and applying measures of performance and effectiveness. Knowledge of DoD T&E policies and practices, including DoDI 5000.89 Familiarity with the use of databases and automated tools Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint DAU Level III or Practitioner certification in Test & Evaluation Hands-on experience with EW and/or SIGINT systems testing.
