The VAST Sr Coordinator will be responsible for processing equity requests on impounded vehicles. The ideal candidate will have the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment while displaying sound judgment and attention to detail. The Ideal Candidate: Strong communication skills required to interact with internal and external customers, commercial clients, financial institutions and regulatory agencies on a daily basisAbility to complete a minimum of 4-5 affidavits (Vehicle Remarketing and/or Impounds) per goalMaintain a regulated notary log for complianceAbility to multitask in a fast paced environment Ability to work in a team environmentAbility to positively adapt to continuous changeIndependent and self motivated workerStrong attention to detail Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM CST Location: Plano 5 , this role is an essential position and requires on site attendance (Code Red) Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificationAt least 2 years of auto financing experienceAt least 1 year of experience with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Reader Preferred Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience with in office document processingAt least 1 year of impounds or vehicle remarketing experience At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
