Summary: We are currently seeking an analytic thinker and clear communicator that is committed to continuous improvement to become our next Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This position requires a proactive, team-oriented leader who can thrive in a growing organization. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires someone who can support both high-level complex accounting and finance responsibilities as well as not being afraid to dive into the details on a day-to-day basis. This opportunity boasts the autonomy to advise leadership as a key contributor in the company's short and long-term business decision making and is accountable for free cash flow growth, enterprise value growth, and real time metric feedback. Supervisory Responsibility: The CFO directly supervises the Finance functions of our business Essential Job Functions: Leadership, Management and Accountability (LMA) Provide Strong, Forward-Looking Analytical Leadership Strategic Planning and Tactical Oversight of Finance Functions Lead M&A Exploration, Evaluation, and System Integration Process Grow Free Cash Flow Required Competencies: Champion Seneca Tank Core Values Serve the Customer Above All Else Do What You Say You Will Do Understand the Value of Reputation Whatever You Do, Do It Well Put in More Than You Take Out Passion for growing people High attention to detail with discipline to establish and follow core financial processes Technical proficiency in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software programs Demonstrated history of effective accounting operations management Superior financial planning and analysis skills Strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field Previous experience with mergers and acquisitions 8-10 years of direct management experience leading accounting teams Preference given to candidates with previous CFO experience Accountable For: Free Cash Flow Growth On-Time Collections and Payments Enterprise Value Growth Real-Time Metric Feedback Proper filing and timely payment of required governmental taxes (sales, use, excise, property taxes, etc.) Physical Demands: Must be able to physically perform medium work: exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, 20 lbs. of force frequently, and 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects Visual requirements include clarity of vision at a distance of more than 20 inches and less than 20 feet without correction, color vision, depth perception and field of vision Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions Safety: Follow policies found in Seneca Tank's Safety Manual Special Conditions of Employment: Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, job candidates are required to pass a pre-employment physical and drug-screen Disclaimer: This document is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this job.
